In late June 2007 I made the life changing decision to search the earth and find that one in a million woman that would be my partner in life. Being one of Jehovah's Witnesses I knew that the only girl for me would have to be one also, so I made a pact with myself to subscribe to JWMatch for one month. I was very sceptical about who or what I might find out there but your website had taken precautions and set rules that made me feel at ease and so I started to search the internet to see if she was out there! I chose a country that I had been to before and set out to find her!

The first person I laid my eyes on was a beautiful sister living in the Philippines she had a sparkle in her eye and a smile that stopped me in my tracks! So I sent her a message, and sure enough she replied. We were just starting to find out about each other and she went on a "small vacation" for a few days! I honestly thought that was a brush off so when she did not come back on the day she told me I figured that she had moved on! So I wrote a few other sisters still looking for the right one to share my life with.

Well as it happened she and her friends decided to stretch out there vacation by a couple days and when she came home started writing me again, within a few days we were talking frequently within a month we were video dating and became inseparable. In the 3rd month I took a trip to see her and meet her family and her congregation. For the next 4 months we were busy making arrangements because we had set a goal! We set that goal because we both knew that we had found our life partner but it would have to wait until after her district convention where she was assigned to play a role in the drama! We were married Jan 28 2008 in front of Jehovah, our families and her congregation! We decided to share our story because we are very appreciative of the service you have provided and want to thank you for giving honest and sincere people a place to find each other , no matter where in the world they may reside!
