I'm Lyndon and I met my precious wife Liz here online on March 27, 2005. Liz flew to my home city of Adelaide, Australia in August 05. I'll never forget seeing her when she arrived at the airport. We kissed and walked along the beach sidewalk hand-in-hand and have been hand-in-hand ever since. Liz stayed with my sister, and together we and my family attended the 05 Adelaide District Convention. Liz was scared of our driving on the "wrong" side of the road so everywhere we went she held my gift of a Koala toy close in front of her. LOL Koala in her arms was the first thing I saw when getting off the plane in Los Angeles - he is always in our bedroom now "watching over" us as always.
We were engaged on August 6 2005 and we married in Ventura, California July 7th 2006. We're very happy with each other & are doing well in the congregation & life. We feel that Jehovah brought us together here online in ways which would not likely have ever happened in normal ways - Most of all we thank Him, but we thank JWMatch for your part in this too. This service you provide may at times be misunderstood but it is a vitally necessary one, for it is hard to find someone in the milling throngs at Assemblies and Conventions.
For those who are lonely, it may seem unbearable ... but if you wait on Jehovah and be patient and with heartfelt prayers of earnest faith look for a partner only within his organization, he is bound to reward you ... with the only true one for you! (Hebrews 11:6 ) Our prayers are with you.
