I have been widowed for 17 years. I raised my 2 children on my own. My son is 24 and working and lives at home to help me out with bills. I try to see my cup as half full and look for the silver linings. I figure if I can laugh about it later, I might as well laugh about it now. My friends would say I am a true companion, quiet at first, but fun-loving once you get to know me. I live in the High Desert, but enjoy visiting the ocean at least once a year to refresh my soul.
