About Him
I was once asked if I looked at life as a glass that was half empty or half full. I then realized that I was holding a Styrofoam cup with a hole in the bottom of it! My friends would say I have a great sense of humor and that I am a survivor. I like to have a regular share in the Field Ministry. I don't consider myself to be athletic but I'm not a 'stick in the mud' either. I'm willing to try new things as long as I don't end up in 'traction'! I like to go for walks, a bicycle ride, explore new things and old things in antique stores. I enjoy a day at the museum or a hike in the mountains or floating on a Boogie Board at the beach. I enjoy watching my dogs play. I have a horse in my backyard keeping the grass down. I'm longing for Jehovah to bring this old system to an end but I would like to have a partner again to walk hand in hand with into the New World. I will do my part to make Family Worship Night regular and fun. I enjoy an occasional drink but if that bothers you I can live without alcohol. I would much prefer your companionship to a six-pack. I also enjoy coin collecting, photography, archery and shooting. I am a retired law enforcement officer and I collect and shoot firearms. I am not opposed to hunting but I really stink at it. The deer are perfectly safe when I am in the woods. (So I guess if you want to eat wild game you'll just have to butcher me. At least you will get 4 drumsticks, lol). And yes, I am a 'hopeless romantic.'

About His Ideal Match
First and foremost I want a mate who is conscious of her spiritual need and puts Jehovah and Sacred Service first in her life. I would enjoy a companion who has a bubbly personality and who likes to laugh and giggle (I don't like drama but I can handle comedy, lol) and doesn't mind keeping track of the 'not at homes' when we are out together in Field Service. If you wish to have a share in the Full Time Ministry as a Pioneer or an Aux. Pioneer I will try to make sure you always have a car. I am retired and would like to join you in Service. You don't have to be a great cook, we'll muddle in the kitchen together. (I made ice cubes once but I lost the recipe! And, I tried to make spaghetti once but it got wet when I boiled it! lol). Seriously, I could eat cold Beefaroni or Spam from a tin can if the can was opened with love. I don't tolerate seafood well (seafood allergy). I wish for someone who is not afraid to speak her mind and I promise I am a great listener. I would also enjoy our quiet time and romantic candle light dinners. Even being in a power failure can be romantic. I like to live in an area that experiences all 4 seasons. Winter can be fun, too. I just ask that you will stick to a budget for the most part and keep the credit card balance under control. But, I promise that you will have 'mad money' for purses, shoes and 'Girls Night Out', etc.
If you have drama in your life we can talk about it. Sometimes two heads are better than one. If you have baggage we can put a handle on it. (If you are into yodeling, clog dancing or dressing up like a Viking and singing opera, I can just go to the pistol range for some peace and quiet while you do your thing, lol). I am cautious due to scammers. Also, USA only please. Immigration is expensive and difficult, but I am happy to correspond with any sister regardless of nationality or location. Please live within a reasonable driving distance.
