About Her
I am a very sentimental woman with a good heart who would love to find a faithful spiritual-minded man that stands on Jehovah's principes & lives a clean life. I was baptized after my last marriage began & not only had a Pentacostal husband with extreme beliefs that I could never accept, but who also suffered from mental illness. I have been single for 6 years, separated for 2 yrs. before that. I have had a lot of trauma and tragedy in my family: mental illness, death, abuse, etc., all by outsiders. I have 5 living children, 3 of whom live on the west coast & 2 here near/with me. I am an artist, a teacher, a writer & researcher, & a landscaper. I have most always been self-employed & am definitely self-motivated. I cannot sit still. I love being busy. I would like to return to college (alongside my youngest son, age 18) to finally get my Master's degree in "Curriculum and Instruction." I have developed my own curriculum, kits, & displays, etc....all specializing in American Indian Education. I love working with children &I have always had great reviews! I enjoy informal witnessing thru my work. I believe Native American traditional values parallel Jehovah Witness truths. I find fulfillment in using illustrations & comparisons with history to help others see the beauty of life that Jehovah meant for us. I have never had a husband to share that with.: I want someone "commited to commitment," & family-- determined to uphold one foundational precept: a relationship can work if you see it as a circle around two people that has no end. You can't get out of it. You don't try. You only seek solutions to keep each other strong and happy. You display tenderness and understanding & always communicate. And always find joy in simple things...especially the laughter and accomplishments of your children, friends, and brethren. I have a lot of love to give, but I want to feel loved as well. I am not a quiter, but a fighter: a fighter for each day to be better, full of hope overflowing with faith.
About Her Ideal Match
Please refer to my other narrative. I said most of my desires in there. The only things I'd like to add is: 1) I want to be with someone who is a real companion: we can work together at times, vacation together, do things with the kids, worship, fix up our home, explore, etc. But also someone who has his own interests and hobbies that he can dive into at times. I need space to do research, but I like doing most things together. 2) I want a man who is strong-minded, self-confident, trustworthy in all ways, and not afraid to communicate all his feelings, fears, and aspirations. I want him to enjoy teachng and guiding my "fatherless children." They have never had a good man in their life to show them how to be adult-minded or have a good relationship. My two youngest boys are 18 and 20. They are still close to home. My 20-yr-old really struggles with facing life with no dad. He longs for that type of relationship. 3) I would embrace being mom to someone else's little ones. I lost my youngest daughter in 2000. She would be 15 now. Loving another young one would certainly help fill that void. I guess it's pretty obvious I really want a WHOLE family. I long for a man to share the burdens with and double the joys!
