My little positive attitudes and ideas are nothing less than hard work, perseverance and commitment to being happier and bettering myself as a human being because I used to be 100 lbs heavier... Chronically depressed, unmotivated and unwilling... To even try to take responsibility for bettering myself. Now I've made a complete 180 or whatever number ratio that means (total change) lol
