About Him
I am currently single and have been a Bible study student for 2 years!
I run a roofing company and have previously served in the British Army as a combat signaller, I attended university studying Structural Engineering and in my 20's trained as an Actor attending Richmond Drama school.
I love to keep fit but this is a personal choice as I love my food
so need to work it off lol!!! But wouldn't expect any potential partner to become a gym fanatic!
My closest friends are mainly people I served with in the military
and obviously my witness friends who I have become extremely
close to!
I think my friends would describe me as (have to be really honest here) quite methodical (I am an Engineer after all) I tend not to take life to seriously and have quite a positive outlook on the world!
I have been told I can come over as a bit of a chatterbox (but I think that stems from being an only child and reading far to many books!!!) Generally I really like meeting people and having
a laugh and a joke, I don't like confrontational or argumentative
people even though I feel I have a very open mind on peoples beliefs and opinions I don't think they should be forced down peoples throats, everyone has a right to their own opinion!
Hobbies and interests, I love cycling and am fortunate not to live to far from Richmond park or hampton court palace so you may catch me cycling through Lime Avenue on a summers day just before the sun sets! I love museums and History and places of historical interest. My final passion is the theatre amature or professional although when the mood takes me I am just as happy to Veg Out on the sofa if there are any good films on!
About His Ideal Match
This is the million dollar question! Obviously they would have to be a witness or contemplating getting Baptised or even maybe just having started a Bible study course like me!
Obviously I haven't always been christian or becoming a fully Baptised witness and have lead quite a challenging and interesting life at times.
I would say I am pretty much an open book and don't like people who are fantasists or seem to have an agenda or enjoying playing mind games!
I am looking for someone honest and sincere who wishes to settle down and maybe start a family who knows?
I think the cornerstone to making any relationship work is Honesty understanding compassion and forgiveness specifically
in that order.
As I have discussed earlier I love visiting places of interest going out to see a show or even just relaxing together over a film or just talking! (remember I said I was a chatterbox) BTW
a sense of humour is a must and I love to laugh at the dumbest
things, especially at myself !!!
A deal breaker for me is always going to be dishonesty this I think is the one destroyer of all relationships and one I couldn't
tolerate, one of the reasons I believe relationships fail is that one or both parties have been deceitful.
