About Him
Hello, my sister. Well, here we are... odd days where tech may bring Jah's people together... ?!?
What am I like? Well, I swim in thoughts (spiritual and terrestrial), adventures, and curiosity about endless subjects. I have deep affection for the true God, am naturally friendly and earthy, and perhaps also cultured (how DO these mesh?)... Finer things are valued, grounded simplicity brings smiles. I cultivate spiritual qualities and love sharing in ocean-scale conversations. Add laughter. Often. Please.
Supporting Jah's people is central to my contentment. Told I am a good listener. Still very much a work in progress, as pure waters will take time to fully transform us... How long does it take for those river rocks to become so smoooth?!?
Perpetually grateful to have learned the Truth from a friend when in my 20's. When hearing that JWs could defend the Bible, I drove to a Kingdom Hall right then and left a note in the mailbox asking for a book I had been told was called "Is the Bible Really the Word of God". (Saving the rest of the story for later.)
For work I am a freelance web content manager and business agent.
Here are a few of my favorite "things" while I look for the sweetest freshwater pearl. Let me know if these resonate with you.......
a fine spiritual meal,
the solid book,
seeing someone get a spiritual gem,
hiking quietly through deep forest,
sitting around a fire with close friends
(and laughing till it hurts...),
a good bottle of red and rustic bread,
chords on an old grand,
some chess or scrabble,
walking barefoot in the sand
(as often as possible),
diving into the ocean or some crystalline lake,
preparing amazing coffee in the morning...
