Why buckwheat?... Someone at work used to call everybody that...but especially me... Lol why not?
I am artistic and creative, I play guitar, banjo & bass and sing(at the same time even!) I play because I like to!
I became inactive after a divorce and from the effects of emotional abuse and the resultant PTSD in 2003. Ive had to fight for the truth since before i started studing. I have PTSD... It's from the abuse I suffered when I choose the truth. I started noticing the effects right away but didn't understand It was PTSD. it wasn't till about 15 years ago that the PTSD started becoming a problem at the meetings. When I am triggered I have to be able to escape what is triggering me! I have tried ignoring it and pretending its not there ... It doesn't work. Then again the truth is the truth! It doesn't change that.
Music has been a treatment for me. I can definitely loose myself in it. Gardening too. My puppies help me as well. i am in a thing called "heal my PTSD" Its a forum that let me write to others who are suffering from PTSD. There are now tools there to help heal. Being reminded about the things that gave me PTSD are what triggers me. So I've stayed away from my abusers and anyone else that keep reminding me.
I was owed to go in service last week...staten was waiting with a stick when I got out of the meeting... couldn't leave me alone for even a minute

You should be sure what is the truth is. Someone kind, honest, intelligent, not quick to judge,... artistic would be nice ... love music. Be willing to help and be helped. Don't be too quick to give up on people. Love dogs(I do, I have three , Skooch and Kutter. Skippy. they are my best friends)

Deal breakers? I think anti-depressants are a plague! I avoid them at all costs! They are addictive and can make us not care. People who don't care are sometimes psychopaths... I avoid them.
