About Her
I need a man who loves making the most of each day of life and the time we are together, takes spirituality serious, a weekly family Study and participating in the ministry and one who enjoys a simple yet meaningful lifestyle.
I enjoy spending time outdoors at my place in the country. I believe regular physical activity keeps our bodies stronger as we age. So, wherever we live, it would be away from big city life. It's great to go to the city at times to enjoy the sites and restaurants and shop, then back to our sweet welcoming home to relax and enjoy each other.
I lost my husband to brain cancer 10 years ago. It changes you and how you look at things. I don't sweat the small stuff any more for sure. We pioneered instead of having children. I cared for my dear mother the last 15 years of her life as she was in declining health.
It only takes one to see the beauty of my heart, that's the one I'm waiting for.
I love color in nature, textiles and art. Jovial by nature, laughter eases so much stress from this world.
Have you noticed how many brothers are looking for sisters who are 10, 20, even 30 years younger than they are? If marrying a caretaker or marrying for youthful appearance or intimacy is your top requirement, you may well end up divorced....again. Having a physical attraction, however, does not make a person wonderful to live with does it?

My ideal match is a brother who is kind and patient and interested in getting to know each other well, first. I have waited a long time since becoming a widow to find a brother who is spiritual to the core and longs to have a strong marriage including a spiritual and physical relationship. I am an affectionate person and need that in my partner as well. I feel I have so much love to give and really want to meet the man who loves being loved by me. To be able to care deeply, love and feel safe again in my strong fella's arms would be a dream come true! To be able to show my love through all the everyday little things that make a marriage special, is my desire and to feel that in return.
