Feeding food literally is very quintessential but also feeding each other with whatever we can to make the other person a better person, with emotional support/love, physical comfort, new knowledge/suggestions, more confirmations and less criticism, in such a way, two people grow together and become closer.
Sisters, worry not that no one knows of you; seek to be worth knowing...be humble and gracious. In this world we meet many people and you never know what gifts of knowledge they bring you. Some may be as brief as 15 minutes or conversations that seem 10 minutes that last hours. Some of these people u may never see or speak to again and others u may know for years.
