Soy una persona alegre, enérgica y optimista que me esfuerzo por conseguir lo que quiero y llevarme bien con los demás. Desde muy joven, en mis años universitarios, me interesé por la nutrición y la buena salud. Desde entonces, he llevado una vida sana y pienso que ese conocimiento me ha ayudado a saber cuidar de mi salud y de mi físico. Soy una persona optimista que me enfoco siempre en lo positivo y en lo bueno de los demás. Pienso que enfocarse en lo negativo es una pérdida de tiempo y energía.
