I live by the Bible's commandments and believe that serving God is a lifelong pursuit. I do not associate myself with holidays that displease Him. I have been preaching and continuing to study the Bible for over 17 years (I've been out of the organization for 9 years now).
However, circumstances have arisen that have created a distance between me and the organization, which does not recognize the partaking of the emblems at the Last Supper by those who are not anointed.
Although the Organization cites verses as evidence that only the anointed partake of the emblems, the actual teaching is absent from the Bible and the context is entirely different (1 Corinthians 11:20-34).
If the first generation of sheep from the little fold go to heaven, is it surprising that they will be in heaven in Jesus' Kingdom? (Luke 22:29, 30).
The way of Christ is the way of salvation, as was the Mosaic Law through the Passover (Heb. 8:13) and the similitude of food for everyone, from children to the elderly.
Moreover, the prohibition against accepting it comes from demons (1 Timothy 4:1, 3).
It's easy and straightforward for me to return to the organization, despite the problems with the local "mentality" that knows no boundaries. But I am afraid that my views do not fit into the concept of unity in faith on the part of brothers and sisters (Corinthians 1:10). And I meet a lot of confrontations.
I understand that my departure from the organization may make our communication difficult or frightening for you. I'm sorry if I upset you. I don't want to cause problems.
