About Her
I’m very much a country/village girl. My next-door neighbour is literally a field, which probably tells you most of what you need to know. 😂 I don’t think I’d be particularly happy in a city, and even the suburbs can feel a little too busy for me. 🌾
I’m quiet and shy initially, but there’s considerably more personality hiding underneath once I’m comfortable. I’m loyal, affectionate and a definite homebody — although I’m always up for a little adventure, travelling, or exploring somewhere new with the right company.
I’m happiest around nature, animals, natural materials, and things that feel cosy, practical and timeless. I love designing, planning and figuring out how things could work better — whether that’s a room, a garden, a house, or everyday life. I’m the sort of person who can happily spend far too long thinking about how to make something both beautiful and actually work.
I’m also trying to build a life that I genuinely enjoy and can sustain through whatever circumstances life brings. I don’t need someone to give me a life or complete it for me — but I’d very much like someone to share it with.
I’m a hopeless romance reader, which is perhaps slightly ironic considering I’ve never actually had a boyfriend. 😅 My little Pomeranian, Ellie, currently has a pretty secure position as the best thing in my life, although she may eventually have to negotiate that position. 🐾
My social circle is fairly small these days, so I’m not only here hoping to meet a potential husband, but also open to making genuine friendships along the way. I’ve spent the past few years figuring out who I am, what kind of life I want, and what really matters to me.
What I’m ultimately hoping for is my person — someone I can trust deeply, be completely myself with, share the ordinary everyday things with, and eventually build a life and grow old together.

Dream scenario? A rugged Scotsman somewhere in the Highlands. Preferably auburn or ginger — think Scottish lumberjack vibes, with bonus points for a good beard. 😉
But underneath the rather specific aesthetic preferences, I’m looking for a man I can genuinely respect and build a life with.
Someone who takes his faith seriously and wants to lead his family with humility, wisdom and love. I want to trust his judgement and leadership — not because I expect us to agree on everything, but because I know he listens, thinks things through, cares about what is best for us, and takes responsibility for his decisions.
I have a mind of my own, and I don’t want someone who simply agrees with me. I want a man I respect enough to listen to when he challenges me, and who is secure enough to hear my thoughts in return. I want us to be able to talk honestly, disagree respectfully, and still know we’re on the same team.
I’m looking for someone warm, loyal, patient and dependable. Practical and down-to-earth. Someone who communicates when life gets difficult, notices when something is wrong, and is willing to put in the work when things aren’t easy. Someone sensible with money and responsible with the life we’re building together.
More than anything, I want an everyday partner: someone who chooses me, has my back, lets me have his, and genuinely wants to do life together. I want us to bring different strengths to the same team — supporting each other, laughing together, making plans, solving problems, and building a peaceful life.
He’ll also need to accept that Ellie is very much part of the package. 🐾
